Cold Process

Method of Preparation

  1. In a large mixing container, combine the , , and the .
  2. Mix together all of the dry ingredients to remove any lumps.
  3. With an immersion blender, combine the liquid ingredients while slowly adding the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place in batch freezer and follow the machine instructions.
  6. Upon extraction, drizzle and on top of the gelato.
